l haved tried running my fingers down the ball but it does not seem to do anything. plz give me some advice

Mate! Your only 13! your body is still growing, as you get older your body will develop and you will start putting on more muslce and weight. As a result you will be able to bowl a lot quicker.

Just give it time and at 13 just concentrate on line and length and your technique. if you get all this right then when your about 17-19 you will be a fast a very good bolwer in a senior team

You need longer arms. There r limb lengthening surgeries throughout the world these days, especially in China, US, Russia.

(Though personally l would say they r risky, u r putting ur life in the hands of a surgeon for at least 6 months)

You also need more fast twitch muscle thoughout ur body. Try Plyometrics, chicken, anabolics, etc )

finally u need a bit of a break before trying again. This is to unlearn anything that is frustrating u from developing the rhythm u require.

l would only consult a cricket expert once u feel u r starting to iron out ur frustrations

Bowling at pace is all about timing and rhythm, some people have the body shape to be fast bowlers, others have the attributes to be batsmen, l would not worry about it to much, get somebody with some cricket knowledge to have a look at your action there may be a slight adjustment you need to make and bingo, all of a sudden you are sending them down at a rate of knots, good luck

join in some pace foundation academy. there are many such training camps around every state, and district in India.

Mainly focus on line and length and then adjust your speed 90km is pretty fast for a 13 yr old

try working out a bit.
get some muscles.
i dont know how it will help but for training my college always go to the gym..

MAn u r just 13 not 30.
