If so tell me what should be the criteria - seniority or playing ability ? A fighting team need a balance of senior & junior players. Can an reputed office establishment run with all the fresh appointee ? Even to day there is no replacement of Sachin & Dravid.
Further, seniority is a vague term in cricket, u should say age of the player. Sehbag is senior than Gambhir & Gambhir is senior than Rohit sharma & Rohit sharma is senior than Murali Vijay.So... ?
