Going by all the differentin this section it seems like i'm the only person in the world that thinks Hayden deserves at least 1 more match to prove his worth. Then if he does not do anything in Sydney we can start looking for replacements. I am just checking if l really am the only one.

he was one of the best in the world in his prime. at 37 it is about time he started considering retirement. no, we should not sack him yet, but there are players out there who would do us a better job IMHO.

Your not alone! Hayden has been great for years and l am sad that people are critical so quickly. If l had a say he would be touring South Africa.

YES ! as he serve aussies from a long time so he give another chance . if he click in this match than he should resume his career other wise he should take retirement. but if someone other who fail as he so he should drop...

No matter what?? Hayden will come out of this Bad patch.. he has been in same situation before and he scored a century.. So next match do not be surprised if he scores a ton. yes, he deserves a spot and he will play next match.

l am an Indian, and I've always said he is a good bat. Now, the issue is not whether to give him another Chance or not. The inconsistency at the top is hurting Australia, the No 1 spot is on the bloke; if there is a better batsman (Marsh, Hughes or someone else) there is no harm in trying him. With series gone, there wo not be any pressure on them. On the flip-side the same can apply to Hayden also.

You're not the only one. Hayden is a superb player even if he is out of form. l think he deserves a few more chances. But time is definetly running out for him.

If one goes by one is personal choice, one like me would opt for Donald Bradman, if he were alive now. M.Hayden would produce the same result as Don, if both of them were to bat now for a Test or even an ODI.
Now, M.H. is famous only for his book and not cricket. The Cricket Austgralia, which boasted of a reserve strength till not long ago, should be in a better position to know what to do with the likes of M.H. and R.P.ing.

Give that baldy as many as chances you want. But you're not going to see any difference ever. His time has gone and he is nothing but another liability to australian team.
