Rahul Dravid wont bring a song to a spectators heart. He can even be sometimes tedious to watch. But he is the kind, whose presence every team is grateful for, in hours of crisis. The true indications of Dravid is greatness come when batting is more than driving on the up, when the ball curls in the air and fizzes off the pitch, and when survival becomes an end in itself. To India is enormous fortune, just about every time a situation has called for a batsman to stand up and be counted, Dravid has been there. Almost always.

But what about now?

He is good batsmen and currently he is not playing good. Past he has helped India in several times. His batting style is very different and l have to say watching him batting is a little bit boring. Rahul Dravid fans this is just my view. l think Rahul will retire soon.

He is making a come back its best not to disturb him now. You really want one more young member in the team remove VVS Laxman who performs his best ONLY against Australia. But Rahul Dravid is a classy player and as l always say -'FORM TEMPORARY, CLASS PERMANENT'.

He must retire. that is the only thing l can say. Selfish cricketer.

At present, l believe, Dravid has not much to offer to Indian cricket. He is still good, but not as good as he used to be.

In the last Ranji Trophy (Quarter final match, Karnataka vs Saurasthra) match he did score an half-century in the second innings, but his heir apparent, Cheteshwar Pujara outclassed him by scoring a century helping Saurasthra to chase down a total of 325 and thus taking them to the Semis.

Frankly, l think it is time for him to retire. He has been given too many chances.
