2008 was VERY kind, indeed, thank you very much. l met up with a long-time friend, whom l had not seen, since 1996, or thereabouts! We soon discovered what we SUSPECTED, - all those years ago, - that we LOVE each other, - was the TRUTH of it.
And, in November, - on her BIRTHDAY, - l pulled a RING, from my pocket, - dropped to ONE knee, - and POPPED THE QUESTION!!!
We are to marry, in JULY, or AUGUST 2010!

2008 has been an exceptionally good year for me. l had a huge increment in salary. My two boys got their jobs.

Yeah, 2008 was just as good as any other year. l try to look at the positive & brighter side of life. l try to look for the silver lining no matter how grim the situation is. l dont regret anything since l believe everything happens for a reason. Lastly, my friends know me as the guy who always has a smile on his face nomatter what. l guess that is my biggest asset.
Three cheers to Mamba for bringing the wildlife issue to the forefront. As an animal lover myself it would give me great pleasure to see people come forward & do something for the betterment of the lives of these wonderful creatures. Every effort should be made to save animals & make their habitat a better place to live.
Lastly, l have my pets, two dogs, two cats, two rabbits, a hamster to thank for my happiness. They have always been there for me through thick & thin.

2008 was a mix, good and bad. l got good marks, shifted countries, made great friends, traveled, enjoyed a good year of cricket and partied. But l did not like the period September to November, l was sick for a while. Happy New Year to you Evan Bhai, god bless you. Still another 5 hours and 40 minutes to go for me for 2009.

Yes, thank u Evan.
My company grew & won two State awards & one National award. l made more money in this year than l had in 5 previous years.
l met several excellent friends & have had stability in my family life. My children have grown into superb confident young adults & r making their own way in life now.
Best of all l had my friends & family safe & well around me to celebrate the passing of the year & the to welcome the new year in with all it promises over a lovely bottle of Dom Perignon.
l hope ur new year delivers u all that u could hope for.
