great knock, nothing so big about number of balls he still managed to score on a better strike rate than yuvraj. when a batsman is under pressure then he takes time on the crease! now that he got his confidence back to some extent he will play more aggressively in next matches.

edit: evan sir yes there r other players but people have their ''favorites'' so we should respect that.

l am relieved that dravid got out, because l thought he would get his hundred on the 4th day the strike rate he was having! what a joke he is!

Such a great knock one never saw, l suppose. Gautam Gambhir must have foregone his sleep yesterday, since he was sleeping all the time while batting, that is, at the non-striking end. The contagiousness of the disease had spread to the whole lot of players & even to the match.
The only player who could show the difference between the Tests wherein Sehwag scored & Dravid did not score & the Tests in which Dravid scored & Sehwag had not, is Dravid. The only cricketer on this globe, l suppose.

Did you see how he was playing when he first came into the crease and after he crossed 50 run-mark? It would be woohs & ahhs every boll bowlers bowled during the start (less than 30), but after that his cofidence boosted. Slowly, he started playing his natural defensive shots and finally got his 100. It was really pleasure watching him play such a good knock after a really long time.

Doesnt matter Vis! My mom askd me to shut my mouth after l completed a round of DRAVID DRAVID continuously...

After a series of lean scores, Dravid certainly deserved a century. Thanks for playing a wonderful knock of 136. But little disappointed for the shot he selected to give his wicket.

Credit goes to Gautam Ghambir for allowing THE WALL to be strong & not to pressurize him. Rotation of strikes played the key part apart from concentration. His 26th hundred came just at the right time. Dravid started losing concentration since Srilankan tour, where he was not fortunate enough to survive the revival scheme. But had got the support from most of his team members, coach & the selectors.

The Wall has finally discovered his form & we wish that, this form continues the next season too.
