Francis MacKinnon is the longest lived test cricketer. He was 98 years, 324 days old when he died.
Edit: Actually (and in case you're interested) l was reading some study on the average age of test cricketers this afternoon and for England it is about 79 years.

New Zealander Eric Tindell Is 97 years & 364 days and he is still alive so he could be the first to live to 100. He is second only to Francis MacKinnon of England who was 98 years & 325 days.
He also played rugby for the All Blacks including one test match so he would be the first double international to live to 100 as well.
l am not sure if any other rugby players have lived to be 100
