and ive noticed alot of fast bowlers at the moment aarent really muscley and their all fairly skinny.

Pace does not come from your arms/shoulders unless your action is bad. Pace is about getting rhythm,a pendulum action in delivery,powering through the crease and getting your weight through the ball on follow through.

Pace bowlers do not want to carry too much bulk as they have to have endurance to bowl long spells, so they have strong legs and flexibility.

l would concentrate more on the lat muscles in the back, also the shoulders, with pull down exercises, also a cheap but effective way to increase size in the bicep is to bicep curl two normal house bricks, slowly, concentrating on technique.

if you have muscles it is gonna be tougher to bowl but if you want muscles - gym the best place to workout
