Mark Waugh is the expert, so he must know, but my personal opinion is players like him and a few others do not need to get in to the groove, they are natural players and can perform at any time. It looks like there is too much politics in Australia too

He has not been performing very well so maybe it is a bit early.
But he brings more than cricket to the team. Sometimes merely knowing he is there can lift the side. Knowing that there is someone there that can change a match by himself.
Personally l think 90% of all problems with an individuals form in cricket is in their heads. One good innings can change it all around.

Symonds is psychological case. He should take things easy and concentrate on his game. He has the ability to shake up any opposition and he should believe in his ability.

Mark Waugh is right, right now Symonds' mind is in muddle with lot of negativity. It is apparent that he has psycology problems from the beginning. He should sort out his issues with life in general.

l like to add that not only Symonds, but other players like Ponting, Mathew Hayden etc. also lot of mental issues. They have tied up in their self-made negative approach.
