l am a leg spin bowler but l keep getting no balled for the ball going to high. no matter what l try it still does it. any ideas?

Am not sure which ball you are using normal cricket balls would never be to high to be no balled.

dont pitch it short and it wont jump too high lol

Ok see this-
THE GRIP-
The two fingers up & two down, with the split
between the second & third fingers, which r spread across the seam.The thumb rests on the ball & does not do anything.
The grip has to be a little unusual because the first two fingers r closer than most leg-spinners.

THE DELIVERY -
The spin on the ball is roughly 30 degrees
so that the ball both spins sideways & dips with the overspin.
Closest variation is the top-spinner, where the seam points to the
wicketkeeper & the ball over-spins straight down the pitch.

(FLIPPER)
THE GRIP-
The fingers r brought further forward on the ball
and the thumb plays a part. The grip should not be too
tight as this can stop the ball fizzing out of the hand.

THE DELIVERY-
The trick is to not bowl it too fast.
When u stay relaxed & squeez the ball out through
fingers & thumb (an instant after the centre picture),
the underspin makes the ball slice through the air more quickly.
